Managing the overall project quality requirements for the Fécamp offshore cable landings and installation works. The second offshore to onshore renewables cable landing and installation in France and the most challenging due to the constraints within the works location. Working directly with the various stakeholders to ensure at all times the highest standards of safety and quality. Quality management of the various packages of works from offshore subsea surveys, offshore subsea UXO investigation and clearance operations. Managing the Saint Nazaire Wind Farm Landfall Project to the highest quality standards. Offshore trench design, dredging and backfilling with specialist plant and vessels acquired from in-house European companies. Launching, sinking and subsea positioning of the HDPE pipe lines into their predetermined offshore / nearshore locations. Working to the French industry regulations at all times while incorporating the stringent offshore quality standards to meet all contractual requirements from both Italian and French corporate clients. Phase 2 scope of works is the cable pull from the offshore transformer location to landside including connection to the French national grid. Eiffage, RTE, Prysmian, Herbosch Kierre.

Technical management of the marine operations involved to enable the construction of the Lower Thames Crossing, 2No of 4km tunnels beneath the river Thames. Planning, selection, procedures, Geotechnical investigation. Management of associated technically challenging marine operations while working to the highest of international standards set by operational partners below. Managing the daily and planned operations of various  marine construction works across the River Thames to the highest standards of industry quality. Organising and implementing control of planned output, budget spending, logistics, and engineering effectiveness of the marine operations while working and adhering to the highest standard of safety and efficiency. Including the largest ever to navigate the Thames River.  Large Diameter  CFA  piling  within  cofferdam  cells. Decommissioning and demolition of various installations on the River Thames.
